12+ versionsOne for each trade
A till that already knows your trade.
It ships as a version built for the trade you are actually in - workflow, receipt, stock rules and vocabulary already right. And it runs as long as you do: a shop that opens at six or a station that never closes.
| Item | Tax | Amount |

Illustration with sample data
- The queue moves at the speed of your slowest screen.
- Stock on the shelf and stock on the system parted ways months ago.
- The system was sold to a supermarket and you run a pharmacy.
The versions
Twelve-plus versions, because a pharmacy is not a bakery
A pharmacy needs batch and expiry. A restaurant needs tables and courses. A hardware shop sells the same item by the metre and by the box. A butchery weighs. A fuel station reconciles by pump. We built the versions instead of asking you to.
Trade not listed? It is usually a variant of one of these, and where it is not, building it is ordinary work for us rather than a special favour. Tell us what you sell.
How it works
One sale, four things done
The cashier does one thing. Everything else follows from it, in the same second.
- 01Scan or key the item
Barcode, quick key or touch - whichever is fastest for your trade.
- 02Take payment
Cash, card, mobile money, split tender or account.
- 03Stock moves
Deducted as the sale is made, so the shelf and the system agree.
- 04Receipt out
Printed, and registered as a fiscal record if you run registration.
- 05Day closes itself
Shift cashed up, variance visible, reorder list written.
No connection? All five still happen. The terminal queues and syncs on its own when the line comes back.
The same sale, with the other products joined
- 01Scan and take payment
The same one motion.
EBO POS - 02Registered
A signed fiscal record as the sale is made.
EBO Invoicing - 03Stock deducted
Valuation stays real all day.
EBO ERP / Inventory - 04Revenue posted
Margin visible this morning, not next month.
EBO ERP / Accounting - 05Account updated
Your regulars stop being anonymous.
EBO CRM
Nobody re-enters anything, anywhere. See the bundles.
What it does
In every version, whatever your trade
And whatever your hours - there is no nightly close that has to run before the till will take another sale, so a station or a 24-hour shop simply keeps working.
Sells fast
The common sale is one motion. That is the whole design brief.
Keeps selling offline
Queues locally, reconciles when the line returns.
Moves stock as you sell
The shelf and the system stay in agreement.
Holds cashiers accountable
Shifts, float, cash-up, and a variance with a name on it.
Shows every branch in one view
From the shop floor or from a phone.
Works with your hardware
Printers, scanners, drawers, scales, displays.
Better together
A till is where the money is made. Here is where it goes next.
EBO POS runs perfectly well alone. Joined to the rest, the sale stops being something anyone has to re-enter anywhere.
Each system runs perfectly well on its own. Docked, one action at the counter registers the sale, moves the stock, posts to the ledger and updates the customer.
Break Free - transition offer
Already subscribed to somebody else?
Being locked in should not be the reason you stay. If you are paying a subscription for a point-of-sale service from another provider, we make leaving it the cheapest part of the decision.
Recognising what you have already spent on the system you are leaving.
So you are not funding two systems at once in a single month.
Run ours against your own work before you commit to anything.
Extracted, cleaned, run in parallel until the numbers agree. We do it, not you.
Bundles
Start here. Add what you need.
Tiers are counted from EBO POS. Every addition is discounted automatically, and each one more deeply than the last.
EBO Counter
Sell it - and do one more thing with the sale.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO CRM / EBO ERP
EBO Floor
The till, the record and the books, as one.
Choose from: EBO Invoicing / EBO CRM / EBO ERP
EBO Full Circle
Enquiry to registered sale, and back again.
All four, together.
Depth: additions inside a product count too
An extra ERP module, or another trade version of the POS, is an addition like any other - and is discounted the same way.
EBO POS + EBO Invoicing + EBO ERP (Inventory) + EBO ERP (Accounting)
Tier two, and one module deeper. The price depends on what you end up running, not the order you bought it in.

Before you sign
Twelve things to demand of the system your shop runs on
Your till is the one system that cannot have a bad day. These are the questions worth asking before you commit to one.
01Room for every product and year
Products, branches and sales history, without ever being told to archive last year.
02Backed up, and restorable
Daily copies kept off the till and tested by restoring them, so a dead machine is an inconvenience rather than a disaster.
03Cloud, or the back office
Hosted by EBO or on your own machine. The counter keeps selling either way.
04Users set to your rota
Add cashiers for the busy season and release them after. You do not buy seats for staff you do not have.
05Updates included, free
New versions and rule changes arrive with your subscription.
06Support that treats a stopped till properly
It is not a ticket, it is a closed shop - first and second line, in business hours, cloud clients first.
07Learnable in an afternoon
The common sale is one motion. That is the design brief, not a nice-to-have.
08Training and a certificate
Cashier and manager paths, so replacing a cashier is not starting the training over.
09Fast where the queue is
Everything else is negotiable. Scanning speed is not.
10Works with your hardware
Printers, scanners, drawers, scales and displays from the common manufacturers - checked before you buy.
11Your trade, and world practice
Fiscal registration built in, on the structures tills use everywhere.
12A starting point, not a ceiling
Your trade version ships opinionated and stays adjustable - and we build what no version covers.

Questions
Frequently asked
Which version fits my shop?
Tell us what you sell and we will tell you, usually in one message. If two versions could work, we will say which we would choose and why - the difference between them is rarely a feature list, it is which one makes your most common sale a single motion.
What if my trade is not on the list?
Most trades are a variant of one that is. Where yours genuinely is not, building it is ordinary work for us: custom development is one of the five things EBO does. You would not be asked to buy a version that nearly fits.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The terminal keeps selling, queues everything locally, and synchronises automatically when the connection returns. Nothing is lost and nobody retypes anything.
Can I keep my current printer and scanner?
Usually. Thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, scales and customer displays from the common manufacturers are supported. Open the supported-hardware panel above for the specifics, or send us the model numbers and we will check before you commit.
Does it stop at the end of the day?
No. There is no nightly close that has to run before the till will take another sale, so a 24-hour shop, a fuel station or a hotel outlet simply keeps trading. Shift changes happen at any hour, and reporting periods can follow your trading day rather than midnight.
We are paying another provider. Can you help us leave?
Yes - Break Free is built for exactly that: a discount recognising what you have already spent, instalments, a free trial period, and migration handled by us. See the offer.
How many terminals can one shop run?
As many as the shop needs. Terminals consolidate into one register, and the licence is set to what you actually use.
Can I see all my branches from home?
Yes - every branch in one view, on a phone or a computer, including which tills are open and how the day is going.
Does it register invoices for tax?
With the EBO Electronic Invoice Registration Management System, yes: every sale becomes a signed, sequenced fiscal record as it is made. That system is built to Directive 1142/2026 and its licensing with the Ministry of Revenues and INSA is pending. Registration and POS were designed to work as one flow, which is why they are sold together as EBO Counter.
What happens to my old data?
It comes with you. Products, barcodes, prices, suppliers, customers and opening stock are extracted, cleaned and checked against a live count before you go live. Most shops switch over a single quiet evening.
How many users can we have?
As many as you need. Cashiers, supervisors and managers are licensed to the people who use them, and you can add or release users as staffing changes.
What does it cost?
It depends on the version, the number of terminals and whether you host with us. Worth knowing before you ask: adding registration, ERP or CRM later is discounted automatically, and the discount deepens with each addition. See how bundles work.
